Bookings and Payments
· A booking is only accepted upon receipt of a completed and signed booking form with the appropriate payment.
· Booking forms can be obtained by contacting Wet and Wild Adventures, via telephone, e-mail and post.
· Provisional enquires do not constitute a booking.
· Balance of payment must be made 45 days prior to the course, at which point any pre-course materials will be issued.
· If booking within 45 days of the course start date, the full balance must be paid.

Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers
· Should you cancel your booking for any reason more than 45 days before you course commences, the initial deposit will be forfeited.
· Should you cancel your booking for any reason less than 45 days before your course commences, there will be no refunds and the full amount will be payable.
· Should you wish to transfer your course date(s) you will be charged the following fees:
-Loss of initial course deposit if you transfer more than 45 days before the course commences.
-Loss of 50% of total course fee if transfer less than 45 days before the course commences.
· No refunds will be offered which arise from circumstances that are beyond the control of Wet and Wild Adventures.

As part of the continual review of safety and associated considerations, the conditions of booking are subject to change, clarification and modification at any time. Only the Company Director of Wet and Wild Adventures can vary or waive any of the conditions of booking, and are purely at his discretion. Wet and Wild Adventures reserves the right to cancel any course.
